Announcement: 2013 Top Commenter Giveaway Winner

Good day everyone! As I have mentioned in my anniversary post, i will be giving Starbucks gift certificate worth PHP 200.00 to the reader that will be determined as the top commenter on my blog for 2013. I already used a widget on the side bar so I'm sure you already know who my top commenters are.
